About the Alliance

The Minnesota Construction Mental Health Alliance Initiative brings together contractors, labor unions, public project owners, and construction industry leaders to commit to Worker Wellbeing and discuss the future of mental health initiatives across the Minnesota construction landscape. Led by key stakeholders, a proclamation declaring December 3, 2024, as Construction Mental Health Day in Minnesota will be delivered and participants will take part in a signing ceremony, where they will commit to actionable steps intended to improve mental health across the construction industry.
