This Work Needs Leaders Who Take Action
The Minnesota Construction Mental Health Alliance brings together contractors, labor, owners, associations, and public agencies committed to making mental health a construction safety standard in Minnesota.
This is not a one-time initiative. It is a long-term, industry-wide effort to drive systemic change—embedded in how we plan projects, support workers, and lead organizations.
